April 25 It's been a while!Yea, so a long time between updates! A lot has been happening. Where to start?
Third year uni now, scary that I'll actually have to be out in the somewhat real world next year! My cast came off after six weeks and I was downhilling another 4 after that. Been a bit nana with jumps and stuff, but my riding is coming along nicely. I've moved into my cousin's flat in Hornby, which as shit as it should be, is actually pretty sweet, not too far from uni and a BMX track to ride jumps on about 5 mins ride away. Been plenty of drinking and sifting about the place, Shihad and The Datsuns on Jan 2nd was a highlight. The most recent, memorable and epic drinking/sifting has been unigames, man I was destroyed physically, mentally and financially after that week, cheers to anyone that was there! Plenty of riding, but never enough, and I've been pretty slack with taking pictures lately. The usual DH, with some stellar singlespeeding (I won the Rainbow Rage race singlespeed catergory!), and some epic road riding (I rode unsupported from Christurch to Nelson over 38 hours). A few new pictures in various galleries, so have a geeze friends (and stalkers if that's your thing). Congratulations for reading this far, maybe I'll update sooner next time... Cheers, Vaughan December 05 Stuff...So, back in Nelson working, being a mechanic, selling people stuff. Money, sunshine and home cooking are awesome! Just got the big bike going again after months and now I've gone and broke my wrist, so six weeks in a cast probably. Broke it at a race. Checked out the jumps on the course the day before the race, looked sweet, but they made the last one way harder with a digger after I left, and it claimed me on my first practice run because I thought I didn't need to check it again.... Aw well, that's the way it goes... A few new photos from riding etc. since my last update... Roll on X-mas and new years! October 08 Rant...Stuff sucks, my downhill bike's frame broke yesterday(pic), and I have a seemingly insurmountable amount of work to get done by Friday for uni, after which time exams begin.... Can't wait for the damn holidays! September 06 updateHey all,
just got back from Undie 500 (booze trip to Dunedin in cars worth less than $500) and uni holidays which coincided with the world mountainbike champs, which were in New Zealand for the first time ever, up in Rotorua. Saw lots of racing, drank a lot of booze, had a mint time. Arrived back in Nelson just in time to go earn myself a hat and a certificate that's in the mail that say I'm a real live bike mechanic! Now I'm back in Ch Ch in the cold with no money, being a student is great.

I just thought it would be cool to stick some photos up, mainly because it's becoming increasingly harder and time consuming to ever send people photos because of my computer/e-mail/the crapness of NZs internet
Maybe if I get real keen I may even eventually start to post up what I'm up to and stuff!
